How Devilish .... our Tasmanian onyx comes from a special part of Tasmania called Lune River. It is a lovely dark agate, often with white banding or waterlines.
The Devil's horns on this piece are a nod to the Tasmanian devil, one of our island's cute, yet slightly terrifying endemic marsupials.
Agates, such as onyx, formed during the Jurassic and Tertiary periods; frequent volcanic eruptions left behind lava flows full of cavities.
Over millions of years, mineral-rich water seeped into these voids. As the water slowly evaporated, minerals, like silica, deposited in layers along the cavity walls, creating the bands and patterns that define agate.

Ring Sizing
Getting the correct ring size can be tricky. The most accurate method is to have your fingers measured at a jewellery store (any local jeweller should offer free sizing).
You can also measure an existing ring at home – all you need is a ring that fits you well and a ruler.
Measure the distance across the inside of the ring. Make sure to measure across the middle of the ring, where it's widest! All our ring sizes are given in Australian/UK, American and Asian sizes as well as the diameter too.
